Once again, Buff's Tire came through. Problems with our jeep and I desperately needed it for a project on Saturday. These guys went out of their way to get it fixed so I would have it and they brought it to me at the end of the day. They are truly a business that is "one of a kind" for which I sm truly grateful.
iv lived in the area since 70s. Year's ago Buffs was ok, just ok. Something happened. They were great today. Busy yet quick to get to me. Wonderful attitudes across the board. Great price and service. Easily five star experience.

I recently had work done to my car, using the computer to locate my the problem. Had to go back because problem not solved. They found larger problem and gave me an estimate. Why was the previous $85 not taken off the estimate?
Mrs. Simmerer, you were only charged one diagnostic fee on 12/5/2022. You have brought vehicle back on 1/17/2023 and we checked and found another problem. We did not charge you for that visit. Had oil changed Start leaking oil after that. They cross threaded the drain plug. You could see drops of oil on drain plug. Took it back. They said the oil was from top of motor.IT wasn’t leaking before they messed with it. They said they put red dye in the oil so they could find the leak. All you have to do is look at the drain plug dripping oil I will never be back
Thank You for your review, however I spoke with you about your oil leak. I personally installed dye in your oil, because I could not see the leak you had brought to our attention. You were advised to bring back within 24-48 hrs for us to recheck. I have not seen you back. I would be more than happy to recheck. Gregg McCabe
