My family has been going to Buff Tire for 30 years with good results. Recently I took my wife's car in to have a tire ordered and then changed out for a brand new tire that I uad to put on after a blow out July 4th weekend at the Beach. To clarify I bought a not matching $330 tire at the beach just to get us home. I told Buff Tire that I wanted the new $330 tire back after they put the correct tire on the car. I checked back and was told they threw it away. Why would you throw away a new $330 tire? Especially when the owner told you he wants it back. Bad business at the new location. Never had this issue when the Buffs were running the place.

Thank You Mr.Toner for your review. I actually was the one that assisted you on your tire purchase. I also was the one that helped the young lady that came in to have tire installed. We spoke a few weeks ago about your tire that was removed, and I explained that your tire was put in the scrap tire trailer. We still haven't unloaded all our trailers. However, I take totally responsibility that I did not understand you wanted your tire that was removed. Our staffed is instructed to dispose of any tires taken off of vehicles unless otherwise instructed. I will personally send you a check for the amount you spent at our store. Sincerely, Gregg McCabe
